If your gym has closed or you just want a way to gain muscle and strength from home, this is the plan for you.

I designed this program to be done with minimum equipment, all you need is a backpack filled with heavy stuff (books, water bottles, etc), elastic bands and if you have a pull up bar great, but not required. If you have some weights at your disposal, awesome, you can use those aswell.

This program includes:

  • 8 weeks of periodized training including a basic block (easier) and an advanced block (harder)
