If you’re anything like me you like to be good at multiple strength sports. Being super specific doesn’t appeal as much. I like real strength. If that’s you aswell, you’re gonna love this program.
I always wanted to master both sports and after years of struggling I found out a way to make them work toghether and this is how I prepped Weightlifting and Powerlifting competitions in the same period
Warning: If you really wanna be the best athlete you can at one of them, you’ll need to prioritize it. But you can figure that out later after doing this program too. There is no rush. Besides, this program is a lot of fun.
